To claim damage:

A clear, uncut unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory.

This video helps us verify the issue and process your claim smoothly.
Claims cannot be accepted without proper video proof.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email along with tracking details. Tracking updates typically reflect within 12 hours.
