Return & Cancellation Policy

At Royal Aquarium, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for all our customers. Please read the guidelines carefully before requesting a return.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: All return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Condition: A clear unboxing video showing the product condition and explaining the reason for return is mandatory.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through any of the below methods:

  • Our team will guide you through the return steps.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping must be covered by the customer.

    • If not paid in advance, it will be deducted from the refund.


3. Product Inspection

Once the returned item reaches us, our team will verify the condition based on:

  • The submitted unboxing video

  • Actual product condition

Credit / Refund Issuance:

After a successful inspection, the refund  will be processed within 7–10 business days as per our refund policy.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fish & Live Animals

  • Food items

  • Medicines

  • Fragile items

  • Aquarium plants

  • Any perishable or sensitive goods


5. Warranty

  • No products sold by Royal Aquarium come with warranty or guarantee.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, no cancellations are accepted.

  • If a cancellation is approved:

    • 15% deduction will be applied from the total bill.

    • Courier charges are non-refundable.

Refund/credit will be issued within 7–10 business days as per our refund policy.

 

Fake Replacement Request Clause – Royal Aquarium

To avoid misuse of the replacement policy, the following rules apply:


Replacement Verification Process

If a customer sends back a product claiming “not working”, “not fitting”, or “defective”, we will follow this strict process:

1. Customer Sends the Product to Us

  • The customer must first send the product back to our store for verification.

2. We Record a Full Verification Video

After receiving the product, we will record a complete video from start to end, showing:

  • The same product the customer returned

  • Checking and testing the product online

  • Showing that the product works perfectly

  • Showing proper fitting/installation (if applicable)


If the Product Works in Our Verification Video

This is considered a Fake Replacement Request.

Penalty Applied

  • ₹600 Fake Replacement Penalty

  • Customer must also pay all shipping charges (both sides)

  • No replacement will be issued

  • The same working product will be sent back to the customer


If the Product Truly Does NOT Work

  • A genuine replacement will be provided

  • Customer only pays return shipping

  • No penalty will be applied
