Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/accessories.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged (including glass tanks or heaters), please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video proof so we can issue a replacement or refund.

3. Shipping & Fees

  • Defective/Wrong Products: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning a product due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged:

  • Perishable goods (fish food, live plants).

  • Opened chemicals or medications.

  • Used filter media.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.

  • After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the package after delivery (return shipping rules apply).
