Description
Heavy Duty Filtration for Large Aquariums: SunSun HW-303A
When you have a large tank or heavy waste-producers like Goldfish and Cichlids, standard filters just can’t keep up. The SunSun HW-303A steps up the game with a powerful 1400 Liters/Hour motor. It drives water forcefully through three large media baskets, ensuring that even the messiest tanks stay crystal clear and chemically balanced.
Key Benefits & Features
-
Superior Flow Rate: Pushing 1400L/H, this filter turns over the water volume of a 100-gallon tank approx. 3-4 times an hour, providing excellent oxygenation and debris removal.
-
Massive Media Capacity: The large canister body holds three deep media trays. You can pack them with kilograms of bio-media to support huge colonies of beneficial bacteria.
-
Self-Priming System: Features the standard top-mounted plunger for easy starting. No need for manual siphoning—just pump and plug in.
-
Leak-Proof Design: Equipped with high-quality silicone O-rings and four heavy-duty locking clamps to ensure a watertight seal.
-
Zero Light Bypass: The opaque white/grey body prevents light from entering the filter, stopping algae from growing inside the canister (which keeps maintenance low).
