Description
Model: LY-280 (part of a series of test chambers)
Type: Programmable temperature & humidity test chamber
Purpose: Simulates environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) to evaluate material or product performance (heat resistance, cold resistance, humidity response, etc.) under controlled conditions.
Key Features
-
Temperature range: from around -20 °C up to +150 °C (higher ranges like -40, -60 or -70 °C also possible in other configurations).
-
Humidity range: typically 20 % – 98 % RH control.
-
Programmable controls: Uses digital LCD/touch controller allowing custom temperature/humidity cycles.
-
Stainless steel interior: Inner chamber made of SUS 304# stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
-
Forced air circulation: Ensures uniform distribution of temperature and humidity inside the chamber.
-
Environmental testing standards: Designed to meet testing standards such as GB/T, JIS, ASTM for environmental simulation.
-
Optional accessories: May include observation window, test holes, internal lighting, and automatic water cycling systems.
Typical Applications
-
Quality control and reliability testing of electronics, plastics, rubber, adhesives and other materials.
-
Product design validation under various climate conditions.
-
Research labs, manufacturing QA departments, and certification testing facilities.
